I will watch some of the sappiest and cheesiest movies (Center Stage, Blue Crush, Bend it like Beckham) just to get motivated by the training scenes. However, my all time favorite tough girl film is Academy Award winning Million Dollar Baby. (I'm also a huge fan of the book it's based on- "Rope Burns" by F.X. Toole).
